Starter

Mozzarella in Carrozza (V)
Two slices of Fresh Mozzarella cheese in breadcrumbs, deep fried, topped with tomato sauce and fresh chilly (Ask a member of staff if you don’t want chilly on it).

 

Crostino di Capra 
Oven baked Goat Cheese served in toasted bread , roasted peppers, caramelized onion and balsamic glaze 

 

Zuppa di Piselli e Bacon 
Peas and bacon soup with onions, bay leaves and parmesan cheese. 

 

Composta di Salmone e Gamberetti 
Cocktail of smoked salmon & Baby prawns, served in avocado and pink sauce. 

Mains 

Fresh Sea Bass Fillet 
Fresh Sea Bass fillet, in breadcrumbs cooked in butter, topped with saffron and pistachio, served with Veg & Potatoes 

 

Suprema di Pollo Principessa
Pan fried chicken breast cooked in creamy sauce, white wine, garlic, pepper and bay leaves. Served with veg & potatoes.

 

Ravioli alla Francescana  (V)
Ravioli pasta filled with porcini mushrooms cooked with truffle oil, creamy sauce, a hint of tomato sauce and Parma Ham. 

 

Tagliata di Manzo 
Sliced Sirloin Steak, in a bed of rocked salad, topped with balsamic sauce and Parmesan shavings, served with vegetables and potatoes.
